  Art Project Development Manager

Job Title: Art Project Development Manager (3 to 4 days per week) 

Project Duration: 2 to 6 months  

Location: Remote / Shanghai / 798 Art District/ Beijing  

Reports To: Senior Strategic Project Manager and CEO         

To accompany the development of our activities in the Art field we aim to reinforce our team with an Art Project Development Manager.  

Core Objectives&Responsibilities in collaboration with the team.

Short term :

•Identify and evaluate potential speakers for the forum talk at Beijing 021 around the topic Tech and Art among museums/brands/collectors/art universities/tech companies/art institutions/medias

•Contribute to develop the VIP visitors on Artist booth among museums/brands/collectors/art universities/tech companies/art institutions/medias during the Fair

•Collaborate with the team to continuously improve connections with art media /art field / brands and create opportunities for catch up / meetings during the Art Fair

•develop partnership strategies to secure 50+ guests on site for Forum including Media, Art Centers, Collectors, Brands, .... , ensure minimum at least 20 guests attendees onsite.

Short term /  Mid-Term: 

Build cross-industry networks (art/tech/nature/design) to drive collaborations (exhibitions, co-branded IP projects) ，execute 3+ artist partnerships with brand/museum/company/art institutions/universities to continue increasing artist’s visibility.  

Long-Term:

Cultivate and maintain elite art ecosystem connections (museums, brands, collectors) Create long-term partnerships for artist, focusing on high-value collectors' networks. 

Qualifications

Minimum 20 top-tier museums/galleries/art institutions 5+ proven cross-industry brand collaborations   

20+ active high-net-worth collecto

Organized 5+ large-scale art events (200+ attendees)

Skills Needed

● Resource Development: identify and connect with relevant target contacts quickly that will be integrated in the action plan for the year to come

● Deal-Making: Turn artist’s strengths into resources for partnerships.

● Problem-Solving: TVF and artist’s interests are the top priority, Protect and act in this direction throughout the collaboration.

● Languages: Chinese native; English is mandatory, French is a plus.

Pay Structure

● Fixed Fees : (Based on qualifications and experiences)

•If 3+partnerships are secured
