Gallery Intern

Full -time internship (Remote + On-site) ; 100 /DAY + stipend

Key Responsibilities

1.Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth gallery operations.

2.Conduct regular condition checks of inventory and update gallery documents as necessary.

3.Support media relations by drafting press releases and managing daily social media content across platforms (Instagram, WeChat, Rednote, etc.).

4.Aid in the creation of visual materials for exhibitions, promotional content, and artist-related resources.

5.Assist in logistical arrangements to ensure the safety and proper handling of artworks.

Job Requirements

1.Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or higher in an art-related field

2.Broad expertise and passion for modern and contemporary art

3.Flexible schedule

4.Proficiency in written work and daily communication in English and Chinese - Ability to complete work on time and accurately with a keen eye for detail

5.Ability to work independently and as a team player

6.Proficient in using design software such as AI, PS, Sketch Up, with some design and video editing skills preferred

*Internship certificate will be issued after three months (Recommendation letter can be provided based on internship performance)
