画廊助理/实习生

编注：两个岗位均可投递

工作描述：

管理画廊日常运营，推进各展览项目及发展，包括：
1.画廊的日常管理与展览维护；
2.展览、艺术家及相关资料的调研、翻译、整理及归档等；
3.统筹执行布撤展、运输等事宜；
4.海内外项目（如艺术博览会、其他合作展览项目等）的管理、策划与执行；
5.协助艺术家联络及对外沟通；
6.协助媒体宣传，运营管理画廊的各项平台，如网站、微信公众号、Instagram等。

Responsibilities:

Operation, development and management of the gallery and various projects, including:

1.Daily operation of the gallery and exhibition maintenance;

2.Research, translate, manage, and archive relevant materials of the exhibitions, artists and artworks;

3.Plan and execute the installation and de-installation, shipping, and other tasks related to the implementation of projects;

4.Management, planning, and execution of domestic and overseas projects (e.g. art fairs, collaborative projects, etc.);

5.Assist in artist liaison and external communication;

6.Assist in media relations, operation and management of the gallery's various platforms, such as the gallery’s website, WeChat official account, and Instagram.

要求：

1.一年以上画廊、美术馆或艺术机构的相关工作经验，艺术类专业优先；

2.流畅的书面写作能力和沟通表达能力（中英双语）；*

3.严谨的个人管理和独立工作能力；优秀的项目管理、组织协调及人际沟通能力；*

4.多任务环境下的时间管理能力和抗压能力，富有责任心及热情；*

5.熟练运用Adobe制图软件与Office办公软件、各类网络后台管理；

6.熟悉各类绘图建模软件，如SketchUp、Rhino 3D、AutoCAD等；

7.对工作及产业敏感的观察和理解能力；

8.积极与不同人事物互动，对工作生活抱有好奇心与创造力。

Qualifications:

1.1+ years of experience in art gallery management or related field, art-related major background preferred;

2.Strong communication and writing skills in Chinese and English;*

3.Able to work independently; excellent interpersonal skills and project management skills;*

4.Manage time across multiple tasks, with a strong sense of responsibility and passion;*

5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design-related software; good command of different content management systems;

6.Proficiency in 3D modeling software, such as SketchUp, Rhino 3D, and AutoCAD;

7.Keen observation and understanding of work and industry;

8.Excellent at engaging with a diversity of individuals, groups, and events, staying curious and creative in work life.
