PROJECT COORDINATION INTERN

Full-time, based in Shanghai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：

1.Assist in project coordination (planning, monitoring etc.)；

2.Assist in organizing client meetings (planning, agenda, minutes etc.)；

3.Communication tasks: content research, writing notes, press materials, ppt presentations, excel tables etc；

4.Assist in general administration and management tasks；

5.Assist in social media content creation and publication.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS：

1.Currently completing an undergraduate or master's degree；

2.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail；

3.Proficiency in word, excel and ppt；

4.Chinese native speaker with high proficiency in English and/or French (spoken, written and comprehension) preferred. Non-Chinese speakers with a background in art and culture will also be considered；

5.Strong interest in the cultural sector and international projects；

6.Dynamic, motivated, dedicated, good team player.

* A minimum commitment of 6 months is preferred.
