Art Frontier is an international art journal focusing on academic developments at the frontiers of art which is dedicated to studying and promoting East Asian art globally. The primary focus is on the field of fine art, as well as covering design, music, opera, film, literature, etc. It is divided into sections on Art History, Art Criticism, Art Theory, and occasional columns on selected topics. The journal is based in the United States and distributed worldwide in English.

Freelancer

岗位职责：

1.负责刊物商务资源的开发、公关、承接与商业化运作；

2.协同策划出版物的宣传版面，对接艺术机构、文化产业机构、艺术家等进行出版与宣传合作；

3.协助刊物编辑部拓展优秀稿源；

4.负责处理与合作机构或者个人的日常事务,以及不限于合同规定外的沟通、协调等跟进工作。

Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the development, public relations, acquisition, and commercial operation of publication business resources.

2.Collaborate to plan the promotional layout of publications and coordinate publishing and promotional collaborations with art institutions, cultural industry organizations, artists, etc.

3.Assist the editorial office of publications in expanding excellent manuscript sources.

4.Responsible for handling the daily affairs of cooperating organizations or individuals, as well as follow-up work such as communication and coordination beyond the scope of contract provisions.

任职要求：

1.热爱艺术行业，具有一定的艺术业界资源，对该领域具有广泛认知与敏锐的感受力；

2.擅长沟通，具有开拓精神，能够与同事、用户保持良好的互动协作关系；

3.具有较强的责任心，工作态度严谨细致；

4.具备突出的策划能力、公关能力或文字编辑能力优先；

5.本科及以上学历，艺术史、艺术管理等相关专业，有行业相关经验者优先。

You need to have the qualities:

1.Passionate about the art industry, possessing a certain level of resources within the artistic community, and having a broad understanding and keen sensitivity to the field.

2.Skilled in communication, possessing an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of maintaining good interactive and collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients.

3.Possesses a strong sense of responsibility and demonstrates a meticulous and rigorous work attitude.

4.Outstanding planning, public relations, or editorial skills preferred.

5.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Art History, Arts Management, or related fields. Candidates with relevant industry experience are preferred.
