island6 is an art center based in Shanghai’s M50 Arts District with a production site and an adjoining gallery to display new media artwork.The gallery is looking for candidates who are serious about developing a career in the art industry. Candidates should be reliable and self-motivated. Punctuality, professionalism, and passion for art is key to a successful partnership with island6.Art Gallery Attendant
Requirements：
1.To receive visitors, answer incoming calls, registration information, collate copywriting2.Gallery daily maintenance3.To assist in the upcoming exhibitions and events4.To assist in the creation of marketing materials
Position Requirements:
1.Already living in Shanghai4.Willing to work events and openings5.Exceptional initiative, attention to detail, and follow-though skills6.Possess multi-tasking and coordination experience7.Can easily handle deadlines and pressure8.Knowledge of MS Office Suite9.Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus, but not required10.Possess excellent verbal communication skills in English & MandarinIf you meet these requirements, please contact serena@island6.org
