上纽ICA开放招聘2026年下半年实习生，该实习岗位面向在读或即将入学的本科生及研究生。你将参与上纽ICA 的展览和相关活动的执行工作。通过在上纽ICA的学习，你将全面了解高校美术馆的运作方式，同时也将获得非营利性艺术机构的相关工作经验。你也将有机会了解本土和全球的当代艺术生态，并收获关于当代艺术策展的一手知识。你的日常工作将配合助理策展人和策展助理共同开展，并协助艺术馆的项目和运营。

This position is an opportunity for advanced undergraduate or graduate students interested in learning about the gallery and museum sector through first-hand observation and involvement. The intern provides administrative and logistical support on all ICA operations and programs. Interns will acquire a wide range of skills and knowledge associated with the programming of a university art gallery and gain experience working within both a small organization and a large institution. Interns will also have the opportunity to connect with local and global art communities, especially those who collaborate with the ICA as exhibiting artists and as program contributors. The intern reports to the director/curator, but is primarily supervised by the curatorial assistant and the assistant curator.

在实习过程中，你将会实际参与2026年秋季的展览项目，配合上纽ICA团队进行展览筹备、布展、撤展、媒体发布、展览维护以及相关展览活动的准备和执行工作。

具体要求：

1.在读或即将入学的本科生及研究生

2.优秀的中英文口头表达和书面沟通能力

3.耐心并注重细节

4.工作积极主动，既擅长团队协作也能独立完成工作

5.遵守信息保密义务

6.熟悉SketchUp, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator和Adobe InDesign为加分项

7.有视频文件剪辑经验为加分项

8.熟悉Chicago Manual of Style为加分项

9.根据活动需要，能偶尔在晚上或周末工作

10.能够在上海线下工作

Required qualifications:

1.Current college or graduate school students

2.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin

3.Patience and attention to detail

4.Ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively

5.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

6.Familiarity with SketchUp, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign is a plus

7.Experience with video documentation and editing a plus

8.Familiarity with the Chicago Manual of Style is a plus

9.Ability to work some evenings and weekends for special events and as needed

10.Able to work onsite (in Shanghai)

Duration: mid-May - end of November 2026

Expected Work Days: 3 days/week

Pre-tax Pay: 30 RMB/hour
