Senior Draftsman/ Project coordinator

Location: Shanghai 

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Draftsman with strong project management abilities to take designs from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as a part of team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce precise technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or FreeCAD (Mac OS preferred). 

• Skills in computer rendering and video production will be a plus.

• Manage projects from initial design through delivery.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality and timely completion.

• Uphold accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with design standards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in drafting and project coordination.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and/or FreeCAD (Mac experience preferred).

• Strong grasp of design principles, construction details, and technical standards.

•Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

• Proactive, organized, and a strong team player.

主要职责：

• 英语、粤语和普通话沟通能力出色。
