展览执行

Gallery Coordinator

工作描述：

1.管理画廊日常运营，推进各展览项目及发展，包括：
2.画廊的日常管理与展览维护；
3.展览、艺术家及相关资料的调研、翻译、整理及归档等；
4.统筹执行布撤展、运输等事宜；
5.海内外项目（如艺术博览会、其他合作展览项目等）的管理、策划与执行；
6.协助艺术家联络及对外沟通；
7.协助媒体宣传，运营管理画廊的各项平台，如网站、微信公众号、Instagram等。

Responsibilities:

1.Operation, development and management of the gallery and various projects, including:

2.Daily operation of the gallery and exhibition maintenance;

3.Research, translate, manage, and archive relevant materials of the exhibitions, artists and artworks;

4.Plan and execute the installation and de-installation, shipping, and other tasks related to the implementation of projects;

5.Management, planning, and execution of domestic and overseas projects (e.g. art fairs, collaborative projects, etc.);

6.Assist in artist liaison and external communication;

7.Assist in media relations, operation and management of the gallery's various platforms, such as the gallery’s website, WeChat official account, and Instagram.

要求：

1. 一年以上画廊、美术馆或艺术机构的相关工作经验，艺术类专业优先；

2.流畅的书面写作能力和沟通表达能力（中英双语）；*

3.严谨的个人管理和独立工作能力；优秀的项目管理、组织协调及人际沟通能力；*

4.多任务环境下的时间管理能力和抗压能力，富有责任心及热情；*

5.熟练运用Adobe制图软件与Office办公软件、各类网络后台管理；

6.熟悉各类绘图建模软件，如SketchUp、Rhino 3D、AutoCAD等；

7.对工作及产业敏感的观察和理解能力；

8.积极与不同人事物互动，对工作生活抱有好奇心与创造力。

Qualifications:

1.1+ years of experience in art gallery management or related field, art-related major background preferred;

2.Strong communication and writing skills in Chinese and English;*

3.Able to work independently; excellent interpersonal skills and project management skills;*

4.Manage time across multiple tasks, with a strong sense of responsibility and passion;*

5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design-related software; good command of different content management systems;

6.Proficiency in 3D modeling software, such as SketchUp, Rhino 3D, and AutoCAD;

7.Keen observation and understanding of work and industry;

8.Excellent at engaging with a diversity of individuals, groups, and events, staying curious and creative in work life.

画廊实习生

Gallery Intern

工作描述：

1.协助展览资料档案整理与分类；

2.协助公众号等社交媒体的更新；

3.协助文案翻译、撰写，协助整理媒体宣发；

4.协助布撤展、作品运输相关事宜；

5.协助画廊日常运营与开幕筹备。

Responsibilities:

1.Organize inventory of exhibition catalogues and other archival materials;

2.Assist in the creation of marketing materials on social media;

3.Assist in translation and editing of relevant text materials;

4.Assist in editing relevant visual communication materials and organizing media packs;

5.Assist in gallery operations and exhibition/event preparations;

6.Assist in Inventory Control and Logistics (installation, storage, shipment, transportation);

7.Assist with other administrative tasks as requested by the gallery staff.

要求：

1.具备对当代艺术及艺术史的知识及热情；

2.流畅优秀的书面写作能力和沟通表达能力（中英双语）；

3.熟练运用Adobe制图软件和Office办公软件；

4.积极主动，认真细致，适应力与沟通能力强；

5.对工作生活抱有好奇心与创造力，积极与不同人事物互动；

6.每周能至少出勤3天，可实习至少三个月以上。

Qualifications:

1.Knowledge of and passion for contemporary art;

2.Excellent writing and communication skills (Mandarin and English);

3.Competent in Adobe and MS Office Suite;

4.Ability to adjust quickly to the environment, to work as a team, and to prioritize and multitask with great attention to detail;

5.Curiosity and creativity in work life, excellent at engaging with a diversity of individuals, groups and events;

6.Able to attend at least three days per week for no less than three months.
