Responsible for the forward-looking planning and technical roadmap of fusion product-related nuclear diagnostics on tokamak devices, including future devices. The role ensures that nuclear diagnostic systems meet the requirements of experimental plasma physics. Responsibilities include pre-research of diagnostic technologies, planning and managing the development roadmap, and reviewing key technologies to support device design, experimental planning, and fusion physics research.

What you'll do:

● Conduct technical pre-research and layout planning of fusion product-related nuclear diagnostics for future devices, ensuring alignment with experimental physics requirements.

● Develop and oversee the R&D roadmap for future nuclear measurement diagnostics, identifying key technical challenges and implementation plans.

● Review critical nuclear measurement technologies, proposals, and systems, providing feasibility assessments and optimization recommendations to support decision-making.

任职要求

Who we’re looking for:

● Master’s degree or above in Nuclear Engineering, Plasma Physics, Radiation Physics, Applied Physics, or related fields.

● In-depth knowledge of nuclear measurement diagnostics and fusion product detection.

● Experience in planning, evaluating, and guiding R&D projects. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for technology assessment.
