1. You will create and maintain 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using CAD software.

2. You will support product development projects for on-load and off-circuit tap changers.

3. You will participate in design reviews and engineering discussions.

4. You will assist in the development and validation of new components and design improvements.

5. You will prepare technical documentation, design reports, and engineering change requests.

6. You will support prototype build activities and laboratory testing.

7. You will analyze test results and contribute to root cause investigations.

8. You will collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve product quality, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.

9. You will work with suppliers regarding technical specifications and design requirements.

10. You will ensure designs comply with applicable standards, safety requirements, and company processes.

11. You will support sustainability and reliability improvement initiatives.

12. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Product Development, or a related field.

2. Basic understanding of engineering design principles.

3. Experience with CAD software such as Creo, SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar.

4. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

5. Good communication skills in English.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
