Controlling & Planning Analyst

职位描述

Act as finance business partner to LSU controllers and support on daily operational controlling activities.

Perform the analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast.

Supports the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting, etc.

Collaborate and work with local controlling units together, to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance.

Support the process optimization and standardization

Support the FCM setup and validation

Implement internal controls and related coordination tasks

Other tasks assigned by supervisor

任职要求

Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, Finance, Accounting.

Depth knowledge and 3+ year operational experience in Finance and Controlling, especially in manufacturing company

Depth knowledge and experience in SAP and digitalization tools

Strategic, critical and analytical thinking capabilities

Fast learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong ownership, capability of working under pressure

Fluent English skill
