R&D Engineer

职位描述

1. You will engage in product development process, including concept, design, prototype, test, documentation, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support, and finally deliver HV switchgear products and solutions to meet all requirements for functionality, performance, reliability, serviceability, cost and manufacturability.

2. You will provide global product technical support for life-cycle maintenance of High Voltage Switchgear: production, master data, quality case, design improvement, testing support and etc.

3. You will collaborate with cross-functions in design and solution development, including product management, quality, production operation, SCM…

4. You will create 3D models and 2D drawings proficiently, perform relevant calculation or simulation to support the design. Conduct design review, including DFMEA/DFM/DFA.

5. You will conduct quality case root cause analysis with solid electrical and mechanical knowledge.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

任职要求

1. Master's degree or above in Mechanical engineering or other related majors

2. More than 3-year-experience mechanical design, and good skills with CAD tools like Creo, Solidworks

3. Familiar with metal material properties and experienced in selection, experienced with manufacturing and fabrication processes

4. Experienced at tolerance chain calculation, and familiar with design quality control tools

5. Self-motivated, innovative, structured and systematic thinking, good communication skills and team spirit

6. Strong result-driven, high quality and high speed player

7. Excellent learning ability is required

8. Good oral/writing English preferred
