Technical Trainer

1.You will develop and deliver technical and certification training programs.

2. You will establish and continuously improve training curricula, learning materials, and certification frameworks.

3. You will coordinate and support HV and Transformers training activities across business units.

4. You will help product groups build, standardize, and enhance training and certification systems.

5. You will conduct competency assessments and certification evaluations.

6. You will drive knowledge transfer and workforce capability development.

7. You will partner with SMEs and business stakeholders to ensure training quality and business alignment.

8. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

任职要求

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.

2. Demonstrated professional experience in technical service, engineering, product support, technical training, or workforce capability development, with a proven track record of delivering business value.

3. Proven expertise in the design, implementation, and governance of technical training and certification programs.

4. Strong understanding of competency development, qualification and certification management, learning methodologies, and knowledge transfer practices.

5. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.

6. Proven ability to collaborate with product experts, Global Service Academy, and cross-functional business teams in a global and multicultural environment.

7. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver training and facilitate international collaboration.

8. Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of independently leading strategic training initiatives, driving continuous improvement, and managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
