SCM Manager

职位描述

1. You will ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, and are in accordance with the organization's goals and objectives; define direct and indirect material supplier panel, make potential supplier assessment, get the better offer within the target price, participate to supplier assessment.

2. You will follow up BU and PG sourcing process and policy, implement sourcing strategy locally, build up a clear and traceable sourcing process for both of direct and indirect material; and do drive material cost reduction, coordinate efforts of team to focus on reducing cost through utilizing purchasing leverage, standardization, technology changes, and overall market knowledge.

3. You will drive DPO development, monitor and improve supplier payment terms; support factory operation running smoothly; support internal customer requirement in direct and indirect materials with rapid response and reliable quality.

4. You will work with team member in monitor market trend, assess material price and ensure material price adjusted according to market trend; monitor and improve supplier performance.

5. You will promote and enable development of staff, manage and document performance and implement responsive actions; SCM project management, implementation, tracking and reporting; fulfill all the other consigned work.

6. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

任职要求

1. You hold a bachelor's degree or high level technical degree or equivalent buyer expertise, more than 10 years’ combined professional experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing or engineering.

2. At least 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Management/ Sourcing in a multicultural environment.

3. Experienced in project execution; Good technical knowledge required with recent strategic sourcing experience working with technical components, especially in manufacturing environment.

4. Experience working with SAP and other Material Requirement Planning (MRP) tools; good communication skills and execution;

5. Proficient in negotiations; English fluent speaker; Resource management; Project management; Problem solving and analytical thinking; Adaptability; Excellent analytical capabilities.
