Manufacturing Quality Control Experienced Professional

职位描述

1. You will be responsible for supplier quality performance monitor and continues improvement, especial for C3 parts, inspection process improvement and quality tool usage.

2. You will be responsible for fast action to all issues happened in incoming material and production process, root cause analysis and follow up corrective actions with 6 sigma/8D.

3.You will make and update inspection plan, work together with SCM colleagues for sample release.

4. You will use P-FEMA, MSA and process capability analysis and monitoring for quality control of production line products.

5. You will be responsible for CCPR analysis. Find the root cause make the action plan to customers.

6. Cost reduction contribution by means of continuously quality improvement, manufacturing improvement advice, technical improvement etc.

7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

任职要求

1. Electrical or mechanical engineering bachelor graduation, 2 years and above working experience on SCM, product care, technical development or supplier quality management in H.V apparatus or Switchgear.

2. Has strong technical knowledge background with good study skill.

3. Has good teamwork and communication skills.

4. Be excellent at listening, speaking, reading, writing in English.
