Logistics Planning & Optimization Specialist Para-Professional

职位描述

1. You will plan & optimize transport based on pre-defined routine to meet the service level and book timely with the nominated carriers/forwarders by transport management system.

2. You will monitor carrier/forwarder’s logistics arrangement and cargo pickup to ensure required carrier service performance and coordinate with LBUs, Forwarder and brokers on customs operation.

3. You will system maintenance of transport requirement and track and trace shipments to meet the service requirements & Monitor shipment request data quality according to the Incoterm.

4. You will monitor the carrier/forwarder’s performance, collect POD and implement recovery options with notification to CoE manager and Plant.

5. You will investigate delays to find root cause and ensure continuous improvement and make record on delivery problems inclusive of reason code maintenance.

6. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

1. You hold a bachelor's degree.

2. More than 3-5 years logistics experience (freight forwarding industry or manufacturing logistics experience preferred).

3. Good knowledge in import/export logistics operation.

4. Analytical skill, with good knowledge of SAP.

5. Excellent communication with good command of English.
