职位描述

1. You will be creating conceptual designs of Transformer parts, like tank, core, winding, cleats/leads, etc. to meet specified requirements (functional, technical, quality) and having ability to create detailed design and 3D modeling as well as running mechanical verifications using simulation tools.

2. You will have Programming (Python, CREO) for design platform.

3. You will be running design for excellence practices (DFA, DFM, FMEA, etc.) and preparing reports and related documents in accordance with internal and external requirements.

4. You will ensure that related processes and calculation methods are state of the art, work with programmers to implement and test new methods in the design software.

5. You will support the design, manufacturing, quality and supply chain organizations with technical expertise to ensure that technical requirements are fulfilled.

6. You will coach and provide support and technical advice to colleagues on core-related topics, maintain a network of engineering professionals to share best practices across different disciplines and locations.

7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

任职要求

1. You hold a master’s degree combined with work-life experience in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, knowledge on electrical engineering is a plus.

2. More than 3years of experience in Design & Engineering.

3. Program development using CREO is preferred skills.

4. Domain expertise in Power transformers is a plus. Fundamental knowledge of using different materials and manufacturing methods and understanding of electrical, magnetic and thermal phenomena.

5. Advanced knowledge of 3D CAD software Creo/ProE. Good programming skills.

6. Fluent command of English, both written and spoken.
