职位描述

1. You will conduct R&D, design and optimization of power transformer tanks (including matching structures like oil conservator, radiator, flange) for Power Transformer, balance product performance, manufacturing cost and production process to improve product cost-performance and market competitiveness.

2. You will lead qualification certification and type tests of transformer tanks, comply with IEC, GB, IEEE and other international & domestic standards, complete special tests including seismic resistance, explosion-proof, sealing, mechanical strength, temperature rise and heat dissipation, ensure product have a greater competitiveness and quality.

3. You will solve key technical problems in tank design, manufacturing and operation, such as oil leakage prevention, lightweight structure, seismic performance improvement, noise reduction, promote the application of new materials, processes and structures in tank products.

4. You will cooperate with production, process and procurement teams to optimize tank manufacturing process, reduce production cost, improve production efficiency and solve technical bottlenecks in mass production. Track new tank technology, competitor solutions and standard updates in the industry, output technical analysis reports, formulate tank technology development roadmap to support product upgrading and market bidding.

5. You will compile tank-related technical documents, including design drawings, calculation reports, test plans, certification materials, ensure complete and compliant technical documentation. Collaborate with global team on finding new R&D solutions and new technical exploration discussion.

6. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

任职要求

1. You hold a master’s degree or above in Mechanical Design, Chemical Machinery, Electrical Engineering, Pressure Vessel or related majors.

2. Minimum 5 years of practical experience in power transformer tank R&D and design, familiar with tank structure principle, manufacturing process, material selection and test standards.

3. Proficient in tank structure design, mechanical calculation, sealing design and seismic analysis, skilled in design and simulation software such as Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS.

4. Have cost optimization awareness and technical innovation ability, able to independently complete product scheme design and technical problem-solving.

5. Fluent in English reading and writing, able to read English standards and technical documents, good cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.
