Business R&D Senior Professional

职位描述

1. You will conduct R&D and performance optimization of oil-paper insulation, solid dielectric materials for power transformers, and carry out insulation life assessment.

2. You will perform professional dielectric tests including dielectric loss, partial discharge, insulation withstand voltage, oil-paper aging test, dielectric response measurement and data analysis.

3. You will research insulation failure mechanism, analyze root causes of insulation defects, and put forward solutions to improve insulation system reliability.

4. You will establish dielectric test platform and formulate standardized test procedures in accordance with IEC, IEEE and GB standards; Provide technical support to factories in different stages of customer project execution such as design clarification and simulation as well as dielectric and pd failure investigations.

5. You will track global new dielectric technologies and promote the application of new insulation materials and processes in power transformers.

6. You will support in the global collaboration with scientists of Hitachi energy research team and technology centers, technology managers and engineers from the various factories. Lead the collaboration with universities and research institutes.

7. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

任职要求

1. You hold a master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, High Voltage and Insulation Technology, Material Science (Insulation Material Major) or related fields.

2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in dielectric R&D, testing or evaluation for power transformers, proficient in oil-paper insulation system technology.

3. You have good analytical skills, including simulation tools and have preferably have experience in designing and conducting experiments.

4. Solid expertise in dielectric characteristic test, partial discharge detection, insulation aging test and dielectric loss measurement.

5. Familiar with power transformer insulation structure design, dielectric material selection and relevant international industry standards.

6. Strong technical analysis ability, problem-solving skills and project execution capability, detail-oriented and team-oriented.

7. Fluent in English (written and spoken), capable of reading technical literature and writing professional reports.
