Mechanical Engineer

职位描述

1. You will lead the creation and development of design specifications, models, and engineering artifacts also conduct design reviews and verifications and implement necessary modifications.

2. You will ensure design milestones are met, and projects are delivered on time, also conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies and identify opportunities for design improvements.

3. You will regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and incorporate feedback, work closely with the supply chain team to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.

4. You will evaluate and select materials and components, foster a collaborative and innovative team environment also assist in reviewing and understanding contract technical requirements related to design projects.

5. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

任职要求

1. You hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field.

2. Required with 2-5 years of experience in design engineering.

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

5. Pro-active attitude, self-motivated and with a strong sense of ownership.

6. Open to change, feedback and continuous improvement.
