Postdoc in polymer science

职位描述

1. You will create cutting-edge material solutions for future energy application, such as material solution for clean energy, circular economy, etc.

2. You will conduct R&D work in the technical area of polymer science.

3. You will identify new ideas, initiate new research projects and ensure relevant IP protection.

4. You will execute research projects as project leader or key project member.

5. You will work with colleagues in Hitachi Energy Research China and global, and collaborate and support business units in the material science and technology area.

6. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

任职要求

1. You hold a PhD in polymer material, elastomer, rubber or a related field.

2. Excellent innovation capability and competence of application-oriented research.

3. Outstanding communication skills, task ownership, and analytical capabilities.

4. Capable to run projects independently with excellent project planning, execution and management. Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Be able to travel abroad, including short-term job rotation as required.

6. Spoken and written English as working language.
