• Define and optimize the overall architecture of IoT cellular communication chips, ensuring performance, power, and cost targets are met.

• Design and refine cellular modem architecture, including protocol processing, baseband, and RF interface.

• Develop SoC architecture, covering bus protocols, clock domains, peripheral interfaces, and low-power strategies.

• Evaluate and allocate CPU and memory budgets based on application requirements and system constraints.

• Collaborate with hardware, software, and verification teams to implement architecture and resolve cross-functional technical challenges.

• Conduct performance analysis and optimization for power, area, and cost trade-offs.

• Perform competitor analysis and benchmarking against leading players to ensure architecture meets or exceeds industry standards in modem integration, power efficiency, and feature set.

• Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative architecture solutions to maintain competitive advantage.

任职要求

• Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Communications, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience in chip architecture or related roles.

• Strong understanding of cellular communication protocols (LTE, NB-IoT, 5G) and modem architecture.

• Proficient in SoC architecture design, including AXI/AHB bus protocols, clock domain partitioning, and peripheral integration.

• Skilled in CPU performance and power analysis, and memory planning (SRAM, DRAM, cache).

• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

• Strong English reading and writing ability for technical documentation.
