职位描述

To responsible for the daily work of the material analysis instruments on the following responsibilities:

负责材料分析仪器的日常工作，职责如下：

1. To use independently the material analysis instruments (SIMS).

独立使用材料分析仪器（SIMS，二次离子质谱仪）。

2. To be responsible for the daily testing of regular samples.

负责常规样品的日常测试工作。

3. To be responsible for complex sample analysis

负责复杂样品的测试工作。

4. To develop innovative test protocols for demanding analysis needs

负责开发新的测试方法以应对不断出现的新需求。

5. To be responsible for material analysis testing, data processing.

负责材料分析测试，数据处理。

6. To interact with various customers to communicate analysis plans and results interpretation

和各类客户沟通不同的分析方式和结果解读。

7. To conduct explorative work that may lead to publications or patents

进行探索性工作，发表论文或专利。

8. To be responsible for instrument troubleshooting and repairment to maximize operation efficiency of the instrument.

负责仪器的故障排查和维修，确保仪器以最大化效率运行。

9. To conduct daily monitoring, maintenance and upkeep of laboratory instruments.

对实验室仪器进行日常监测，维护，保养。

任职要求

1. Minimum a college degree.

本科及以上学历。

2. Minimal 5 years of experience with SIMS

至少5年SIMS相关经验。

3. Have good knowledge of the material analysis instrument operations.

熟悉材料分析仪器操作。

4. Can handle work pressure, team player and good communicator.

能承受工作压力，有团队合作精神，良好的沟通能力。

5. Positive, upright, helpful, hard-working, and loving the collective.
