1.Execute Trend Vision & Product Development Concept Guides for an elevated, luxury home décor lifestyle brand.

2.Work Closely with Senior Creative Director to set the tone and creative direction for each season.

3.Utilize Consumer Insights, Market Analysis, Industry Tradeshows, Trend Services and other Resources to inform decisions.

4.Create compelling, comprehensive Trend & Style Guides that clearly communicate mood, trend direction, color, material, fabric, finish + print & pattern.

5.Effectively communicate category-specific Trend concepts for furniture, lighting, wall art, textiles, décor and seasonal products.

6.Proactively participate in design reviews to reinforce trends and align on product development direction and strategy.

7.Execute Celebrity Collaboration Partnership Concept Guides.

8. Create Styling direction and Product Curation Guides for Photoshoots and assist in execution of the studio shoots.

任职要求

Requirements:

1. 7+ years proven experience as a Trend Forecaster, Product Designer, Graphic Designer, Stylist or similar role.

2.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual and verbal design skills and projects.

3.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). PowerPoint and/or Keynote.

4.In-deothamiliarity with Home Industry and Furnishings Market.

5.Excellent communication and presentation skills.

6.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

7.Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
