Key Responsibilities

Lead the successful opening of Z Gallerie’s first retail location after our 2024 brand-wide refresh, ensuring all launch milestones are met.

Train and mentor a high-performing team aligned with our brand and values.

Foster a welcoming and inspiring in-store experience that reflects Z Gallerie’s design aesthetic and customer-first approach.

Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory control, store maintenance, and loss prevention.

Achieve or exceed sales and performance goals through team coaching, visual merchandising, and service excellence.

Partner with corporate teams to ensure alignment on marketing, promotions, and brand standards.

Analyze store performance and implement improvements using data-driven decision-making.

Serve as the face of the brand in the local community and participate in brand-building events.

Qualifications

3+ years of retail store management experience, preferably in home furnishings, lifestyle, or fashion retail.

Passion for interior design and home décor!

Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain top talent.

Exceptional customer service and sales skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals.

Strong organizational and operational capabilities; startup or store opening experience a plus.

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
