1、负责欧洲/日本区域各电网并网算法的合规落地，负责各区域电网系统的指标评估和对接。

2、统筹交付项目技术支撑，通过与当地电网技术对接及转化，使产品满足合规和一致性要求。

3、负责新能源电站，微电网系统暂稳态建模分析工作，指导输出建模报告。

4、跟踪欧洲/日本市场行业并网的技术发展趋势，对产品入网要求等进行升级迭代

We are looking for a senior Grid Connection Expert with extensive experience in European/Japan power grid standards and new energy grid connection technologies. The expert will be responsible for ensuring the compliance and smooth implementation of grid connection algorithms for our energy storage products in various European/Janpan regions, providing technical support for project delivery, conducting system simulation and modeling, and tracking industry technology trends to drive product iteration. This role is crucial to enabling our energy storage products to legally, compliantly and stably connect to European、 national power grids, supporting the company's business expansion in the European new energy market.

Key Responsibilities

1.Be responsible for the compliant implementation of grid connection algorithms in various European/Japan grid regions, conduct index evaluation and technical docking with local power grid systems to ensure the compatibility of products with local grid requirements.

2.Coordinate technical support for project delivery, convert local grid technical requirements into product technical indicators through docking with local power grid authorities, and ensure that products meet relevant compliance and consistency requirements.

3.Undertake transient and steady-state modeling and analysis of new energy power stations and microgrid systems, guide the preparation and output of professional modeling reports to support product optimization and project implementation.

4.Track the technical development trends of grid connection in the European/Japan new energy market, conduct in-depth research on the latest grid connection requirements and standards, and provide professional suggestions for the upgrading and iteration of product grid connection requirements and technical solutions.

任职要求

1、能源、电力相关行业经验10年以上

2、熟练掌握电力系统相关知识、包括不限于电力系统潮流计算，高低电压穿越等，掌握电力电子、自动控制基本原理

3、对欧洲/日本新能源储能并网要求，包含EMC、安规、并网、地震防震、安装、网络安全等标准及要求非常熟悉，对指标要求清晰。

4、善于沟通、有团队精神，同时有一定团队管理能力

5、英语/日语听说读写能力及在当地电网公司负责并网相关技术者优先

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Power System and Automation, Power Electronics, New Energy, Automation or related majors. More than 10 years of working experience in the energy or power industry is required; relevant experience in new energy storage or grid connection is preferred.

2.Proficient in power system-related knowledge, including but not limited to power system load flow calculation, high and low voltage ride-through, and master the basic principles of power electronics and automatic control.

3.Highly familiar with European/Japan new energy storage grid connection requirements, including EMC, safety regulations, grid connection standards, installation specifications, network security and other relevant standards and requirements, with a clear understanding of the specific indicators and compliance details of each standard.

4.Skilled in using simulation tools such as PSSE, PowerFactory, PSCAD and Matlab to build simulation models of new energy power stations and microgrid systems, and capable of completing transient and steady-state simulation and analysis of the system.

5.Strong learning ability, pressure resistance, sense of responsibility and execution; cheerful personality, good at communication, with strong team spirit and certain team management experience.

6.Excellent English/Japanese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills (able to communicate fluently with local power grid companies and certification institutions); priority will be given to candidates who have worked in European/Japan local power grid companies and been responsible for grid connection-related technical work.
