（海外）储能电站-高级行销经理 Energy Storage Station - Sales Manager

职位描述

岗位职责 ：1、常驻澳洲/欧洲/中东/印度/东南亚，与当地汇川海外团队联合作战，进行当地储能市场开发，推动项目落地，年销售不低于500MW

2、新增年需求不低于100MW本土客户10家（投资方、开发方、系统集成商、EPC）

3、当地业务持续洞察迭代，脱碳、储能（含电站、工商业、户储）、氢能等能源相关产业全面梳理布局

4、国内出海企业当地生态圈建设，通过本土合作指定国内采购不低于5个项目。

Job Responsibilities

1. Based in Australia / Europe / Middle East / India or Southeast Asia. Collaborate with our local overseas teams to develop the regional energy storage market and drive project implementation, achieving an annual sales volume of no less than 500MW.

2. Secure 10 local new clients (including investors, developers, system integrators and EPC contractors) with an annual demand of no less than 100MW each.

3. Continuously monitor and optimize local business insights; conduct comprehensive research and strategic layout across energy-related sectors such as decarbonization, energy storage (utility-scale, commercial & industrial, and residential storage), and hydrogen energy.

4. Build a local ecosystem for Chinese enterprises expanding overseas; secure no fewer than 5 projects with designated procurement from China via local partnerships.

岗位要求 ：1、清晰了解当地市场PCS准入规则，R0-R2全流程和对应公司/部门资源链接能力；

2、了解当地电网要求，PSCAD、PSSe模型提交要求；能够独立完成项目初期基本技术交流

3、英文听说读写，满足专业外语交流

4、电力电子/电力系统相关专业

5、有当地项目成功实施落地业绩；

6、常驻地base澳大利亚（墨尔本、布里斯班、阿德莱德居多）/欧洲/中东/印度/东南亚

Job Requirements

1. Thoroughly understand local market access regulations for PCS, full R0-R2 project development procedures, and possess the capability to connect corresponding corporate and departmental resources.

2. Familiar with local grid codes and submission standards for PSCAD / PSSE simulation models; capable of independently conducting preliminary technical communications for projects.

3. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing for professional technical and business communication.

4. Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Electronics, Power System or related disciplines.

5. Proven track record of successfully delivering and launching local energy storage projects.

6. Required to be based long-term in target regions: Australia / Europe / Middle East / India or Southeast Asia.
