（海外）技术支持高级工程师 Energy Storage Station - Pre-sales Technical Support Engineer

职位描述

1、海外售前技术支持（英文工作），配合销售完成从线索到现金的全流程技术支持工作；

2、标前引导，配合销售完成投标项目的标前引导，标书制作，与客户建立良好关系；

3、海外区域需求洞察，将客户需求及时反馈到公司，并推动相关立项工作。

1. Provide overseas pre-sales technical support with daily work conducted in English; cooperate with sales teams to deliver full-cycle technical support covering the entire lead-to-cash process.

2. Conduct pre-bid guidance; assist sales in pre-bid preparation and tender document compilation, and maintain sound relationships with customers.

3. Capture insights on regional overseas market demands, timely feed back client requirements to headquarters, and drive relevant project initiation procedures.

任职要求

1、储能系统集成或储能产品厂家工作经历，全英文办公及生活能力；

2、熟悉储能行业、熟悉招投标相关工作，能够独立完成技术交流，标前引导，能够独立完成标书的制作；

3、熟悉储能系统中各个组成部分，了解BMS、PCS、EMS等系统的基本工作原理；

4、有一定的行业洞察能力，能够挖掘客户需求，推动公司完成相关立项。

1. Working experience in energy storage system integrators or energy storage equipment manufacturers; capable of working and living fully in an English-speaking environment.

2. Well-versed in the energy storage industry and bidding procedures; able to independently conduct technical exchanges, carry out pre-bid customer guidance, and complete tender documents alone.

3. Familiar with all components of energy storage systems, and grasp the basic operating principles of BMS, PCS, EMS and other core systems.

4. Possess solid industry insight to dig out customer demands and drive internal project initiation within the company.
