（海外）工商储解决方案经理 C&I Energy Storage -Pre-sales Technical Support Engineer

职位描述

1.3年以上区域内相关行业与岗位工作经历，全英文工作与交流经历

2.熟悉解决方案将工作流程，能够独立完成技术交流、标书制作、解决方案制作。

3.对储能系统、电力系统了解，并熟悉关键产品PCS/BMS/EMS的工作原理，能够解答客户疑问

4.敏锐的技术洞察力，能够挖掘客户需求，导入产品推动产品立项

1. Over 3 years of working experience in relevant industries and roles within the region, with a track record of working and communicating entirely in English.

2. Well-versed in solution-based workflow; capable of independently conducting technical exchanges, tender document compilation and solution proposal development.

3. Possess solid understanding of energy storage systems and power systems, as well as the operating principles of core products including PCS, BMS and EMS, with the ability to resolve customer inquiries professionally.

4. Keen technical insight to identify customer demands, introduce corresponding products and drive product project initiation.

任职要求

1.海外储能系统解决方案、系统设计与评估。配合销售完成线索到现金的全流程技术支撑工作

2. 从售前、售中、售后全流程技术材料准备，与客户技术团队构建良好技术合作关系

3. 配合销售完成海外技术与产业发展洞察，输出产品与解决方案规划

4. 支持英文工作交流，有越南语、印尼语或德语等语种优先

1. Overseas energy storage system solution design and system evaluation. Provide full-cycle technical support for sales covering the entire lead-to-cash process.

2. Prepare technical documents throughout pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales stages, and build sound technical partnerships with clients’ technical teams.

3. Support sales teams in researching overseas technologies and industry trends, and deliver product & solution planning outputs.

4. Capable of daily business communication in English; proficiency in Vietnamese, Indonesian, German or other foreign languages is preferred.
