职位描述

1.Lead the data management in managing the accuracy of date, process and analysis of our global purchasing spend for all direct and in-direct purchases

2.Monitor the data process along the entire sourcing process from RFQ, selections; implementation and measurement of supplier performance to enable the sourcing organization have the insightful information and reports for sourcing decision and actions

3.Develop an integrated data storage platform to enhance the effective process of control and assessment, as well as maintaining proper documentation and record for easy traceability

4.Perform comprehensive data analysis for all aspects of purchase & sourcing commodity to increase the ability to structure the sourcing strategy

5.Provide analytical sourcing report for required projects including collection of data, analysis and results so as to deliver intelligent information for good use of sourcing

6. Facilitate the sourcing data management in compliance with Corp purchase

policy and procedure

7. Develop the Sourcing and Purchase Process and act as a Procurement

Administrator to monitor the accuracy and integrity of the data and report

findings on a regular basis

8. Assist in any assigned sourcing, supplier program as required e.g. Web base

B2B, E-Sourcing, E-Bidding

任职要求

1. At least 5-8 years of data management experience in the electronics / or EMS sector; preferably

with knowledge in the supply chain and purchasing management

2. Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Business, Purchasing and

Supply or related field

3. Good knowledge in data analysis and ability to develop data and process mapping

4. Sound knowledge in system application, EDI, Web base program

5. Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Oracle, JDE, RSS preferred), Outlook, and MS Office with

emphasis on Excel

6. Good command of verbal and written communication with positive co-operative attitudes

7. Ability to work independently with nice personality

8. A team player to be able to adapt the change & willingness to take new challenges
