职位描述

1. Responsible for the formulation, modification and supervision of the execution of IP development programs, including analog IP, DDR, USB, MIPI, Serdes and other Mix-signal IP, etc.;

2. Responsible for developing, managing and optimizing IP development system and management process, and establishing IP development management process;

3. Pre-sales and post-sales technical support for customer projects IP;

4. Responsible for IP development and customer project management, coordinating the work of all relevant departments, providing resource assistance and coordination, and advancing the project progress on time;

5. Responsible for cost accounting and monitoring during the IP project development process;

6. Responsible for overseeing the issue list of IP project development phase, issue tracking and closing the case on time;

7. Responsible for the documentation integrity during IP project development and progression review of the project by phase;

8. Lead, mentor, and develop engineering group or task owner to complete relevant work on time and submit relevant data or reports.

任职要求

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years of experience in High-speed Interface IP or IC design is a plus;

2. Be familiar with relevant semiconductor process technologies, have a high sense of responsibility for the project and actively handle project related matters, and be able to coordinate and handle objectively and positively in the face of problems or unforeseen situations;

3. Good communication skills, execution and planning ability;

4. Program management experience preferred;

5. Proficiency in using common Excel functions, Word and other office software.

6. Familiarity with applicable industry safety standards is a plus, such as MIL-STD-882, ISO 26262, ISO 21448 PAS, etc.
