职位描述

• Define and optimize product layout (e.g., vehicle packaging) to meet performance, regulatory, and manufacturing requirements.

负责产品（如整车）的总布置方案制定与优化，确保满足性能、法规与制造要求。

• Manage project schedule, cost, and quality; coordinate cross-functional teams for layout data release.

管理项目进度、成本与重量，协调各专业团队完成布置数据发布。

• Organize design reviews, issue tracking, and engineering change management.

组织设计评审、问题追踪及工程变更管理。

• Lead international technical meetings in English; produce English reports and project documentation.

以英语为主组织跨国技术会议，输出英文报告与项目文档。

• Resolve engineering issues related to packaging interference, ergonomics, serviceability, etc.

解决布置干涉、人机工程、维修性等工程问题。

• Interface with customers and suppliers to ensure technical requirements are implemented.

对接客户与供应商，确保技术需求落地。

任职要求

• Able to assist in coordinating cross-functional teams and follow up daily project progress.

• 能够协助协调跨职能团队，跟进项目日常进度。

• Familiar with basic vehicle package layout, hard point management and automotive industry regulations.

• 熟悉整车总布置基础工作、硬点管理及汽车行业相关法规。

• Possess basic project tracking, data sorting and risk identification capabilities.

• 具备基础的项目跟进、数据整理及风险识别能力。

• Skilled in using CATIA/UG and able to compile & review routine technical documents.

• 熟练使用 CATIA/UG，可完成常规技术文件编制与核对。

• Good communication skills, able to deliver information accurately between teams.

• 沟通能力良好，可在各团队间准确传递工作信息。

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, Engineering in Mechanical or Automotive.

机械或汽车工程学士或硕士学位

• Above 3 years experience in package (Upper body) within vehicle development在汽车开发总布置有3年以上的工作经验

• Proficient in CAD software (Catia, CAVA, Ramsis, etc.) and office automation tools (such as power point or excel)

熟练掌握 CAD 软件（Catia、CAVA、Ramsis 等）以及办公自动化工具（如 power point 或 excel）

• Spoken English is fluent and can be used as a working language, with clear thinking and the ability to report independently.
