• Experience in localization of Wiper System & Washer System.

• Knowledge of automotive development processes and standards.

• Good English skills

• Clear thinking, good communication and reporting

• Team player with good organization and problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility and interested to work in an international project environment.

• Project management： Have regular meeting with supplier, make sure the supplier part status can meet the project milestone

• Product validation: Check the test matrix with supplier, follow up the test result, make sure the part can be released before customer car

• Follow up the vehicle test (e.g. winter/summer test, endurance test, solve all the open issues.

• Follow up the ramp up in plant, solve all the open issues

• Engineering change: follow-up all the engineering change, make sure the part can be release based on the project/Engineering change Timeline

• Engineering change: If needed, trigger the engineering change ( China unique PN, China plant topic etc) example, China unique PN for glass due to certification requirement.

• Documentation: Make sure the data at the right position, the Documentation P at the right status.

• Communication/ report to relevant stakeholders(Including but not limited to high level manager, program manager, plant product engineer, procurement, quality engineer, supplier etc.)

• When dispatched to work at customer side, the employee should complete the job arranged by customer timely and keep a good relationship with customer and meanwhile follow the arrangement by our company.

• When dispatched to work at customer side, the employee should adhere to the rules and regulations of customer.

• When dispatched to work at customer side, the employee should adhere to the related Confidential Agreement.

• When dispatched to work at customer side, the employee is on behalf of EDAG and has the obligation to build a good public image for EDAG.

• When dispatched to work at customer side, the employee should support the related dept. to finish the working time form timely.

• When dispatched to work at customer side, the employee has the obligation to support his or her superior and other teams to develop the business of our company.

任职要求

• Bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or Automotive Engineering.

• Minimum 5-year experience in exterior parts development, manufacturing.

• Complete Mercede Benz project experience is an add on.

• Skilled to use CAD systems: Smaragd, Teamcenter, UG, Catia etc.

• Knowledge of MS Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
