BE South Team Leader(J11069)

职位描述

■ Responsible to develop, manage and empower BE team in south area of China ( Guangzhou / Shenzhen…etc. )

■ Develop with Shanghai headquarter support for new south area business

■ Manage relationship of existing customers, identifying opportunities and risks

■ Approach RFQs, coordinate and follow up quotations

■ Prepare resource for the projects in agreement with the project manager

■ Communicate assignment, milestones, deadlines and team goals to team members

■ Works together with the team in organizing and accomplishing work based on supervisors’ instruction

任职要求

■ Good logic thinking, communication and problem-solving skills

■ Good knowledge of automotive development process

■ Technical knowledge in product and process development in Interior or Exterior

■ English speaking and writing skills, Japanese skill is a plus

■ Good presentation skills, sales skill is a plus

■ Good market knowledge of products, customers and competitors

■ Be able to work actively and independently
