职位描述

 Responsible for new product HMI development project management .

 负责新零部件开发过程中的HMI项目管理。

 Set up and maintain Project schedule to ensure the deliverables on time

 建立和维护项目进度确保准时交付

 Communicate and coordinate with local developers and suppliers on technical problems and solutions

 与开发人员、供应商就技术问题和解决方案进行沟通和协调

 Organize the related meeting, summarize the meeting results and follow up

 主持召开相关会议，汇总会议结果并跟踪整改情况

 Regular Project status summary and reporting or escalation to management team

 定期项目状态汇总并向上层管理团队汇报进度

任职要求

 Well know about HMI knowledge of infotainment, HUD, dash board...

 有非常好的人机交互知识,针对智能座舱信息娱乐系统，抬头显示，仪表等。

 Excellent Team coordination skill on collaboration with upstream/downstream teams.

 具备优秀的与上下游团队合作的协调能力。

 Knowledge in project management with timing control, reporting.

 有时间节点控制，报告等相关项目管理知识。

 Good teamwork, but also independent working abilities and self motivated.

 良好的团队合作精神, 并且有良好独立工作的能力及自我激励。

 Willingness to travel, Intercultural communication skills.

 愿意出差有跨文化交际的能力。

 At least 5 years experience in car OEMs, system suppliers, or relative vehicle Design Company.

 至少5年汽车主机厂，系统供应商或相关设计公司的工作经验。

 Bachelor or master degree in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronic, vehicle engineering.

 电气工程,自动化，机电一体化，车辆工程等相关专业本科或硕士
