Partner closely with MARS leadership to understand hiring priorities and organizational needs.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for scientific, technical, and business roles across the MARS platform.

Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.

Translate business requirements into effective hiring strategies and candidate profiles.

Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation, and competitor hiring trends.

Support onboarding and collaborate with managers to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Work with the broader HR team on people-related initiatives

任职要求

Bachelor's degree or above.

3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, or related HR roles.

Experience recruiting for biotechnology, pharmaceutical, AI, or technology organizations is preferred.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent execution and project management abilities.

Fluent in both Chinese and English.
