职位描述

1. 项目科学策略制定 Scientific Strategy & Project Initiation

结合疾病生物学、基因组学及临床需求等数据，主导靶点评估、项目立项及整体生物学研发策略制定。

Lead target assessment, project initiation, and overall biological strategy development by integrating disease biology, genomics, and clinical insights.

建强有力的科学假说，撰写靶点评估报告，制定项目验证路径及关键Go/No-Go决策标准，为项目推进提供科学依据。

Develop robust scientific hypotheses, prepare target assessment reports, define validation strategies and Go/No-Go decision criteria, and provide scientific guidance for project advancement.

2. 生物学研发与实验设计Biological Research & Experimental Design

设计并指导体外、体内生物学研究方案及关键Assay体系建设，推动靶点验证、作用机制研究及药效评价。

Design and oversee in vitro and in vivo biological studies and establish key assay platforms to support target validation, mechanism-of-action studies, and pharmacology evaluation.

深度整合文献、组学及实验数据，持续优化研发策略，解决项目关键科学问题。

Integrate scientific literature, omics data, and experimental results to continuously optimize research strategies and address critical scientific challenges.

3. 项目管理与跨团队协作 Project Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration

建设生物学团队和培养科学团队，统筹项目研发计划、资源协调及关键里程碑管理，与计算及实验团队紧密协作，推动项目高效执行。

Build and lead the biology team. Lead project planning, resource coordination, and milestone management, working closely with computational and experimental teams to ensure efficient project execution.

负责对外合作项目中的靶点生物学评估与文献综述，并牵头准备和汇报项目中生物学相关内容，包括实验设计依据、数据解读、风险判断及下一步建议。

Lead target biology assessments and literature reviews for external collaboration projects, and own the preparation and presentation of biology-related project updates, including experimental rationale, data interpretation, risk assessment, and recommendations for next

任职要求

1.生物化学、分子生物学、细胞生物学、药理学或相关专业博士（PhD）。

Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Pharmacology, or a related discipline.

2.具有6年以上创新药研发经验，3年以上团队管理或项目管理经验，完整参与过创新药研发项目。

At least 6 years of experience in innovative drug discovery, including 3+ years of team leadership and/or project management experience, with end-to-end participation in drug discovery programs.

3.具备扎实的疾病生物学及药物发现知识，能够独立制定项目研发策略并推动项目落地。

Strong expertise in disease biology and drug discovery, with the ability to independently define research strategies and drive project execution.

4.深刻理解药物发现各阶段生物学研究，具备丰富的体外/体内实验设计及Assay开发经验。

In-depth understanding of biological research throughout the drug discovery process, with extensive experience in in vitro/in vivo experimental design and assay development.

5.具备优秀的科学判断、项目管理及跨部门协作能力，能够统筹多项目并推动关键决策。

Excellent scientific judgment, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and drive key scientific decisions.

6.英语优秀，能够熟练阅读专业文献以及对外流利沟通。
