Responsibilities:

1. Based on the Company Vision and 3~5 years’ Strategy, build the regional business strategy and action plan to achieve company's strategic goals;

2. Establish the proper organizational structure to attract talent and enable the team with clear objectives, a diversified culture, and trustful teamwork;

3. Develop and manage distribution channels so as to improve market coverage & business win rate as well as optimize the usage of the resource;

4. Develop and engage with Key Accounts to build brand awareness and reputation as well as establish a local reference site;

5. Establish a regional platform to enhance capability, including but not limited to Workflow, Operation, Service, Logistics, and Training;

6. Based on Market Trends, and Customer needs, continuously improve operational efficiency and ROI, ultimately ensure the Top line and bottom line results

7. Collect and Exchange market information to the HQ corresponding departments, and establish a smooth and routine work mechanism. Support continuous iteration of product & solution.

8. Leadership & Engagement Capability, Ambitions, Result-Oriented, and Fast Learner.

任职要求

Qualifications:

1. BS or Master's degree in Medical, Business Administration, or equivalent experience;

2. Minimum 10 years’ experience working in an international medical device manufacturer to develop regional channel networks and key accounts;

3. Medical Imaging Diagnostic System (CT/ MRI/ PETCT/ DR) experience will be preferred;

4. Ready to take on challenges and willing to develop a new brand and perform a breakthrough in responsible regions;

5. Know how to develop and manage customer relations;

6. Experience in working with customers at all levels;

7. Could accept frequent travel;

8. Fluent English and Spanish
