职位描述

1. Responsible for regional team development and drive market share of UIH products in assigned territories;

2. Participate in bidding activities; coordinate with marketing, logistics and service departments in project execution and achieving regional sales target;

3. Participate in regional marketing promotion activities and tradeshows, analyze specific market conditions and build a sound regional network of stakeholders;

4. Build and maintain a customer-focused regional network, solve issues and problems raised by customers through internal coordination.

5. Drive the Distributor channel to penetrate the respective countries assigned to achieve the targets of distributor and self for the regions assigned.

6. Work with Product and Clinical Apps team to successfully create impact on potential customers and partners in the assigned region.

7. Follow on opportunity funnel creation and maintenance; forecasting as per guidelines and KPIs set by the management team.

8. Competition analysis and product positioning in accordance to the strategies set by the UIH team.

任职要求

1. Bachelor degree or above in medical or other related areas;

2. Typically, 10 years of successful experience and record in healthcare area, diagnostic imaging equipment working experience is preferred;

3. Deep understanding of diagnostic imaging ecosystem and its development trend;

4. Customer-oriented, superior communication skills, strong result-driven mindset, solid management skills.
