负责领导海外区域服务团队，通过标准化、高效率的售后服务提升公司品牌竞争力，推动业务持续增长。

岗位职责：

1. 服务运营

- 管理本地团队执行安装、维修、保养等终端服务，统筹现场交付、技术支持和备件物流

- 协同总部建立区域服务体系，优化国际服务流程以提升效率、降低成本

2. 服务销售

- 制定区域年度销售策略与预算，带领团队完成销售目标

- 监控市场动态与竞品信息，及时调整策略保持竞争优势

3. 战略执行

- 制定区域服务发展规划及KPI，编制预算并落实关键措施

4. 客户管理

- 收集客户反馈推动服务改进，协调资源处理重大投诉

- 维护与代理商、服务商的合作关系，监督履约质量

5. 跨部门协作

- 作为区域协调核心，保障各部门服务流程无缝对接

- 参与专项项目策划，协调资源推进服务环节落地

6. 团队建设

- 负责团队组建、培训与绩效考核，培养高效本地化队伍

- 明确职责分工，解决内部矛盾，营造协作氛围

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Service Operations

- Oversee installation, maintenance, and logistics processes with technical support

- Collaborate with HQ to optimize global service workflows and cost efficiency

2. Service Sales

- Develop regional sales strategies/budgets and achieve annual targets

- Monitor market trends to maintain competitive edge

3. Strategy Execution

- Formulate regional KPIs and implement strategic initiatives

4. Client & Partnership

- Analyze customer feedback for service innovation, resolve critical complaints

- Manage partnerships with distributors and service providers

5. Cross-functional Coordination

- Act as regional hub for interdepartmental collaboration

- upport project implementation with resource coordination

6. Team Development

- Build high-performing teams through training and performance management

- Foster collaborative culture with clear role definitions

任职要求

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历（机械/电气/生物医学/商管类优先）

2. 5年以上医疗器械售后管理经验，10+人团队管理经历

3. 卓越的领导力、沟通协调能力及客户服务意识

4. 具备全局观、抗压能力和快速响应复杂问题的能力

5. 英语流利（工作语言），可适应高频国际出差

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree (preferred in Engineering/Biomedical/Business)

2. 5+ years in medical device service management with 10+ team leadership

3. Strong leadership, communication, and customer-centric mindset

4. Strategic thinking, resilience, and problem-solving agility

5. Fluent English (working language) and international travel readiness
