Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a proactive, communicative, and highly skilled Overseas Customer Service Operations Specialist with exceptional customer relationship management and data analysis capabilities. You will join our ICS (International customer service) team, responsible for service process management, handling customer complaints and issues, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and leveraging data analysis and reporting to strategize for improved service quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1.Customer Relationship Management: address customer complaints and issues, actively seek solutions, and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

2.Data Analysis and Reporting: collect and analyze post-sales service data, create comprehensive reports to provide key insights to the team, and improve service quality and efficiency.

3.After-Sales service Process Management: manage after-sales processes to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer support.

4.Assist in After-Sales service Strategy Development: Collaborate in the formulation of after-sales service strategies, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs), customer support policies, and closed-loop implementations, ensuring the highest standards are met.

5.Team Collaboration: collaborate with other departments to collectively achieve after-sales business objectives, ensuring consistent excellence in customer service throughout the organization.

任职要求

1.Bachelor's degree or higher, with preference for operation or biomedical engineering relevant majors.

2.2+ years of experience in overseas customer service operations.

3.Exceptional customer relationship management skills and communication abilities.

4.Proficiency in data analysis tools and report generation.

5.Strong team collaboration skills, adept at working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and departments.

6.Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
