About the team:

The Global Travel Business team aims to deliver advanced product solutions in the Corporate Services domain for better management efficiency and user experience of business travel. We build intelligent decision-making platforms for business owners and build efficient apps for ticket / hotel reservations (the travel app is the no.1 welcomed business app in ByteDance). We also encourage creative ideas and lots of innovative product features are grown from our daily work.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for the server-side project development of ByteDance's travel products, delivering highly available, high-performance, and highly scalable solutions through high-quality design and coding;

- Responsible for exploring tools and processes to improve team efficiency, deeply involved in the team's technical construction, and enhancing the team's technical atmosphere;

- Continuously contribute at all stages of the product delivery cycle, including but not limited to requirement review / system design / testing communication and support / monitoring and operation of production systems / project management, etc.

任职要求

Minimum Qualification(s)

- Bachelor's degree or above, a major in computer science or related fields is preferred.

- Familiar with Java or Golang related technology stack; familiar with JVM / Golang pprof related tuning methods, can quickly locate service issues;

- Familiar with distributed system design patterns, and skilled in using message queues, distributed storage, cache, lock, and other technologies to build efficient, robust systems;

- Familiar with operating systems, computer networks, information security, and capable of using common data structures and algorithms to solve problems;

- Familiar with MySQL and mainstream NoSQL databases, with related usage and optimization experiences, able to analyze and solve related problems independently;

- Familiar with at least one scripting language, able to independently troubleshoot / solve problems on Linux;

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of leading the development of medium and large projects.

Preferred Qualification(s)

- Familiarity with AI/ML and able to apply them to business domain.
