职位描述

1. Process Formulation: Responsible for formulating, implementing and optimizing factory production process plans, operating procedures and process standards, ensuring stable, compliant and efficient production processes, and continuously improving product quality and production yield.

2. Process & Equipment Optimization: Investigate the operation status of existing production processes and equipment, identify process bottlenecks, production losses and equipment adaptation problems, put forward and implement process improvement schemes to reduce downtime, production energy consumption and maintenance costs, and improve overall production efficiency.

3. Equipment Selection & Adaptation: Cooperate with new construction and technical transformation projects to carry out process equipment selection and process parameter matching evaluation, communicate with equipment suppliers, select high-quality equipment suitable for factory production processes, and ensure the advancement and practicability of production process supporting facilities.

4. Production Process Management: Supervise the whole production process through statistical analysis and review of production data, timely investigate process abnormalities and parameter deviations, formulate rectification plans quickly, and cooperate with the production team to ensure stable operation of the production line.

5. Technical Training & Empowerment: Conduct training on process standards, operating specifications and new production processes, guide front-line employees and technical personnel to master professional process skills, solve on-site process technical problems, and establish a sound on-site process technical system.

任职要求

1. Education Background: College degree or above, major in Machinery, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Feed Technology, Intelligent Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related fields, with solid theoretical foundation of process technology.

2. Work Experience: More than 3 years of working experience in manufacturing process research and development, process optimization and production process management. Priority will be given to candidates familiar with feed, animal husbandry and food production processes, as well as those with overseas factory process management experience.

3. Professional Skills: Proficient in the construction and optimization of production processes, process parameter commissioning, process abnormality handling and production data analysis; experienced in process technical transformation and equipment process adaptation optimization, capable of independently solving various on-site process problems.

4. Language Proficiency: Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills to meet the needs of overseas office, technical docking and document reading. Candidates with basic Thai language skills are preferred.
