Senior Lean Improvement Engineer

职位描述

1. Establish, implement and optimize the lean operation system for Thailand factory across all production sites.

2. Define lean assessment standards and checklists, conduct regular on-site audit, diagnosis and closed-loop improvement.

3. Set up lean KPI system, lead VSM analysis and factory-wide lean improvement projects to improve efficiency and delivery performance.

4. Build Six Sigma management platform, drive Six Sigma projects and cultivate local Six Sigma talents.

5. Deploy and optimize pull production system to streamline production flow and reduce inventory waste.

6. Promote lean culture and organize continuous improvement activities to engage all employees.

7. Develop lean competency model and training system, deliver IE, Lean and Six Sigma training, and support departmental implementation.

任职要求

1. Bachelor degree or above in Science & Engineering, IE/Mechanical/Automation related majors preferred.

2. 5-10 years relevant manufacturing experience, with minimum 3 years on-site lean implementation experience.

3. Proficient in Lean & IE tools, VSM analysis, JMP and Minitab software. Solid experience in process optimization, production line design, logistics management and pull system implementation.

4. Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.

5. Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills for overseas working environment.
