We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused After-Sales Engineer to provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for our products in Thailand. The ideal candidate will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient problem-solving, on-site service, and proactive relationship management.

Proficiency in Chinese is a strong plus, as you will collaborate with Chinese-speaking technical teams and clients.(no experience required)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site and remote technical support for product installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize customer downtime.

Conduct training sessions for customers on product operation and maintenance.

Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement.

Prepare service reports, documentation, and case records accurately.

Manage service schedules and spare parts inventory for assigned territory.

Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards during service activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).

Minimum 1 year of experience in after-sales service, field service, or technical support, preferably in [industry, e.g., industrial machinery, automation, electronics, etc.].

Strong technical knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

Chinese language proficiency is a strong advantage to coordinate with Chinese-speaking teams and clients.

Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.

Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Valid driver’s license.
