职位描述

1. Complete the whole process of the development from themes and concept, presentation of styling, sketches, fitting session until pre-production sample.

2. Work with the brand's values and customer personas to create on-trend, commercially successful designs.

3. Research global, domestic and competitive markets to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques.

4. Concept and execute silhouette, fit and styling directions and make adjustments needed to improve the style as sample comes in

5. Partner with Merchandising team to set seasonal framework and ensure creative ideas and business goals are in tandem.

6. Set seasonal fabric and yarn direction, working with product development on research and development of qualities.

7. Globally source and shop fabric and trim markets for fabrics and trims that are within budget guidelines to develop

8. Maintain daily communication with merchandising and product development team regarding QA results and development issues.

任职要求

1. Bachelors or Master Degrees from top U.S. or Europe design institutes with Fashion Design major.

2. Minimum of 5-year fashion design full-time experience is required.

3. Be creative, market-based, career-minded and acute to art & fashion trends.

4. Demonstrated ability in weaving and knitting

5. Be cooperative and communicative

6. Strong hand-sketching and proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD.
