TCAD Infrastructure Engineer(J11747)

• Install, configure, and maintain TCAD EDA tools.

• Manage Linux servers and operating systems.

• Configure and maintain HPC environments, including MPI and LSF.

• Support software licensing and tool upgrades.

• Develop automation scripts using Shell, Python, or Tcl.

• Troubleshoot infrastructure and user environment issues.

• Collaborate with TCAD engineers to improve simulation workflows.

任职要求

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience supporting TCAD or semiconductor EDA environments.

• Strong Linux system administration skills.

• Experience with HPC environments (MPI, LSF, or similar).

• Scripting experience with Python, Shell, or Tcl.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TCAD tools.

• Hands-on experience with TCAD Process and/or Device simulations for semiconductor product development.

• Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes.
