Test Engineer(J11396)

职位描述

1.Process ownership for the ATE program of new product development, qualification, and release to production.

2.Working with the design team starting in the planning phase, review the test requirements and define the appropriate ATE solution and test plan.

3.Engage with device validation basing on design database.

4.Responsible for ATE/Probe hardware schematic, review the PCB layout, complete the test program development and debug.

5.Responsible for production release to reduce test cost to meet goal.

6.Interface with internal and external factories on ATE test things.

7.Apply statistical methods CPK, yield for analyzing data to evaluate new products and processes.

任职要求

1.Master/Bachelor in Electronic Engineering or similar.

2.3+ years’ experience

3.Experienced with 93k or Accotest ATE platform

4.Experienced with ATE development and debug

5.Good communication skills English. Japanese is a strong plus.

6.Collaborative, proactive, strong self-learning and team player attitude.
