职位描述

1. Develop advanced CMOS image sensor technologies through detailed process and device modeling and simulation using advanced TCAD tools.

2. Work with pixel design group to design the most advanced and optimized pixel layout.

3. Collaborate with process integration team to establish process conditions and experiment splits.

4. Work with characterization team to analyze and debug pixel device circuit and various image related issues.

5. Benchmark Simulation results with Silicon data. If mismatch, investigate the source and propose solution to fix.

6. Collaborate with other PI TCAD groups in the different locations; share lesson-learnt and develop new methodologies and tools for accuracy and efficiency improvement.

任职要求

MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, related field. PhD is a plus
